i want to do marketing by the social media, how to apply this technique please explain.

 

Ha. That's a broad question. My advice, send a few hours using google to answer your question and then come here when you have questions.

 

Yes, social marketing can involve forum posting, Twitter, Facebook, and a whole lot of other platforms. Some of these platforms have lots of great reports written to help guide you, but you have to know where you want to start.

For anyone just starting out, I would recommend doing a bit of research on each platform and then picking one strategy and sticking with it long enough to see results. The biggest problem most beginners encounter is that they jump from one strategy to another before they ever see any real results.

I suggest you to join Facebook and twitter and try to connect with as many people as you can by finding friends on Facbook and Followers on Twitter.
Then start your website and try to give good services to visitors and if you really give good services or products, you can inform your friends through these social networks about your products and services and by using this method you can attract visitors to your website and sell your products easy and free of charge.

 

You could write a book on marketing with social media/networking, you could actually write several books! The answer to that question can't be answered in one thread on this forum. You need to spend weeks learning about the basics of this marketing type, and you need to spend lots of time experimenting with social media marketing. Start off by reading around this forum and other forums to find the answer to your questions.

when doing Social Media Marketing, you must be creative in identifying who you are targeting in your network...do not just add people in your network for quantity but more on you can have direct communication with them, this may take time but I can guarantee you that if you build trust and communication to the people who joins or follows your network then you are assured of loyalty with them.

 

I would start with one such as Facebook and go from there. Take your time an leanr the technique that works best for you.

 

I agree with Barre Tire, start out with FaceBook and go from there. Find groups on there to connect with that seem to fit what you are marketing. For instance as an exapmle, if you where marketing a golf equipment website or blog, find individuals that are into golf. Post on your wall everyday about your website or blog along with other valued information, tips, etc...

With social media, you need to decide if you are using them for search engine optimization (backlinks, traffic, etc) or as a selling venue themselves. I personally recommend just using them for SEO, as I think you can do better using a regular website. However, others have made decent money more directly monetizing social sites. It depends on a lot on your niche and so on. Do some good research and get a basic idea of how it all works. After that, come back with any specific questions you may have.

Marketing via social media has to be done in a slightly different way than you would advertise in other medium, as you can be discarded as another marketer, the trick is to make friends first then recommend sites (obviously sites you have a vested interest in)
