Marketing Blogs

I'm about to launch a new blog (either today or tomorrow) at www.FadMarketing.com (just working out some kinks to get it centered correctly first if I can). The blog is going to expose and analyze trends in marketing, PR, and advertising, and separate tactics with staying power from simple fad marketing, also while explaining why some of these "new" trends are far from "new" at all. It will start off with some of the more popular marketing trends (PPP, link baiting, Myspace marketing, social media press releases, etc.), and then go from there.

I always love linking to, and networking, with other bloggers in a similar niche, and I know several of you here run Internet marketing-related blogs. Would you be so kind as to share those blog links here? I know I've seen some of your blogs before, and can't remember all of them. And I'm sure there are plenty of others worth checking out on the subject.

What a great list of marketing blogs! I would add my own, but I don't have one yet.

After finishing up my M.B.A. in 1996 and riding the Internet wave in a marketing role through the 90's I kept a personal Web site and treated it like a modern day blog.

But, with the crash (that I was able to survive) and me stepping up career wise to assume traditional and Web marketing responsibilities at work I updated it less and less (coding HTML at night and over the weekend just wasn't worth it) so I ended up tossing my personal Web site about three years ago. In hindsight, I wish I kept the content, but at this point most of it would be very much out-of-date.

However, seeing how easy it is to maintain a Blog now-a-days, I think I am going to get back in the game. And considering that I am in a Web Marketing only role at a new company my entries will be more relevant.

Anyway, I will add your Blogs to my weekly Web surfing time and look forward to launching my own Blog sometime soon!
