    heh it is one of the ways indeed :p ... but the best one would be to write a interesting and informative post on a certain type of topic that everyone would like to blog about it and mention your site.

    Its the BEST way but perhaps the toughest. Write real good original content. Then other people will take notice.

    Else, you could pay people to blog about your site.

    Post regularly and try to comment on relevant blogs and track the people those leave good comment in your blog.

    look into buy/sell/trade -> freebies forum. There are plenty of people who will blog about your site for no charge...

    if you write good quality articles that people are interested in, then you will definitely get what you want! the problem these days is that you can hardly find something original to write about! still i believe originality is the key to your success!
