Marketing begins at the site..... So, considering that, what about this site would cause you to buy or not buy the service advertised on it? And, if it would cause you to not buy, how would you change the site so that it would entice you to buy?
The only thing I can think of is the two products that are above the take the tour. There's nothing there initially about the products that gets me, a computer dummy, to click on either one of them to take the tour. Tell me right there what it can do for me, so it may get me to take the tour. But, then again, your visitors may know, since they are going there in the first place, so.... Nice site.
It's a bit confusing because I did not immediately know whether you were selling web hosting, software products, or both. I suggest that you focus on hosting and promote those products in your customer area (at discount prices) instead of on the main page. My mental impression was: "OK, this guy must be selling web hosting on the side while trying to sell these products. He can't have very good hosting service." You have to instill trust in people in a few seconds. The site did not do that for me. Try replacing the generic "Welcome to Our Company" with "Welcome to Global Tradepath". And establish your credibility in the paragraph below instead of advertising your services. Watch how JaguarPC (I buy hosting from them) does it: http://www.jaguarpc.com/ Actual testimonial, length of business (since 1998) and guarantee - all on the front page. Best of luck
