Hello All, Last year I came up with the brilliant idea that I would "get rich or die tryin" from the hip hop market, considering both its intense size and popularity. I launched a website, focusing primarily on Uncensored Rap Music Videos Ringtones, Biographies, etc. Took a lot of work. Anyways, marketing wise I think the Hip hop market is huge, but has a terrible attention span and seems to be really challenging to reach online, and get them to spend any money. Perhaps this is because A) Many of them are young B) They aren't used to buying stuff online yet C) They have no attention span I don't know.. I'm finding more and more that its a tricky market to market too online, can anyone relate to what I'm sayin?
claywalsh, your site looks good! who is your competition? are there other sites that offer these videos free, like youtube? you may want to think about writing an article on how crazy or scandalous an uncensored video is or getting a video discussed on sites like concrete loop with links back to your site. people may pay to see the scandal. i am a total newbie so take my advice for what it's worth
