Where and how should i do things to gain popularity? And then there are some disgruntled customers who are always bent to spoil my reputation. How do I deal with them? Like someone hosts illegal materials I suspended them he comes out with false accusations, someone's password was stolen, he is now blaming me!! How do you guys deal with this?

That is why a lot of companies on and off line change their company name and own a number of programs under different company names. There is not a lot you can do about a customer that is just out to get you back. Unless you have a lot of money to waste and you are willing to take that person to court and that will not help if they live outside of the USA

try video marketing. it will also help you expanding your website and get you traffic. dude you actually can't get rid of these type of visitors/ users. because these are mostly illiterate and inexperienced. people. so you can't do anything regarding them. thanks
