Can members upload their own videos? Or, is this one of those sites that only shows youtube videos? If you allow members to upload their own videos and if you allow links in the video descriptions - I will sign up and start posting my videos. So my suggestion is, if you allow uploading of videos, get with some video bloggers, get them to sign up and post their videos.
