Hey guys, I am in a very interesting situation. The company I work for has been given an opportunity with a product that is going to revolutionize the way industrial business use acetones. We have a product that is a replacement for acetones except it is not harmful to anyone or the environment. There is nothing toxic about the product. It’s a product that almost no one knows about. Here is where I need your guidance. I have about 2 weeks put together a proposal about how our company can market this product via the web. I have done some sampling and almost no one has ever heard of this product. Do you guys have any tips for me, on how to go about this? This is a very cold market a lot of people that I have talked will say things like if it worked we would all know about it. The product is so young that no one knows about it. How can I educate them? Using search engines... My website… and anything else that you guys might know of. I know this may be a tall order especially from a newbie But anything you guys can give me will help.
Your best bet on this would be to hire an advertising company that specializes in web advertising. The reason I say this is because there are a lot of things to be done and such a company might be able to offer you a bouquet of services that you'll find useful.
That was my first thought..The issue is with the economy my company doesnt want to hire a company to do something like that...(The did it in the past with another product and it didnt work..cost the company alot of money) So basically they are leaving it on my shoulders to do what I can..Which this is a great opportunity for me if I can make something happen...So I am just looking for advice on..anything from search engines to things I should have on my site..To made some cheeper cost stuff...that thats it...
