I am running a site a the moment which you can take a look at www.westcoastradio.co.uk.

I have been uploading products on this site and now the owners are wanting to get more sales and drive more traffic. I am wanting to know what is the best and cheapest way to do this.

I have marketed sites before but never on products. We do have competitive prices and the owner thought that it would just go on straight of the top of google.

Really need help with this as it could land me the job as a permanent position.

If anyone can help me out I would be very great full.

    Thanks

1st of all the Website needs to adapt it's size to the resolution of the customers screen not leave to big fat blanks on the sides . The website uses only 60% of the available space while it should be gunning for 90-100% . You browse the net for info not for empty space .

2nd the left menu is horrid man . I have to look at the screen carefully to see the products and it also is quite flat . Get it redesigned . That should give you more sales .

3rd I had a snoop around and many of the websites section need improving . From graphics to text formating . Tell the owner that they can get more traffic and it will be for nothing if people just leave on sight . What's the bounce rate for the site ?

Offline advertising in related magazines or classifieds have worked for many as well.
