This one has me stumped. I'm an avid cook and have come up with a recipe that mimics a burger from a national chain. Everything about the taste is right on and is very simple to prepare and cook. I actually prepare them in one bowl and cook them on the George, so cleanup is also a snap. While I have tried other secret recipes, found online for this same burger, this one is right on and simpler to prepare. How would you go about marketing the recipe? Would you market the recipe itself. Pitch it to some local bars or small restaurants? How would you compare it to the original burger without getting into legal squabble? I'm just looking for some ideas on marketing this? Know we have alot of aces on DP so thought I would try here.
