Do a press release, and distribute it to local papers and other local outlets. Write a letter to the editor of your local paper regarding the housing market in your area, especially if it's already being talked about in the news. Mention your website below the response (don't outright promote yourself in your letter). They'll choose whether to print that or not, but if they do, it helps you to develop a reputation as an authority source on the subject.
