Marketing a Real Estate Listing Page..

    I'm looking for a start here.. I really am not sure where to start in getting listings for the newest addition to real estate my site.. should I offer a free trial .. let people list property for free? Can I just go out and find some listings and then add them? Is that legal?

    The individual advertisers probably won't mind you listing their houses (at least for the sale period) but the database (the collection) you get it from would be copyright.

    Re charging.. You could try it, but unless you have a brand or some way of making people believe it's worth it (like high levels of traffic), free is probably the way to go.

    ic ic, thank you :) I'm thinking maybe a free trial to real estate agents... just came up with the idea while posting though, so still pondering..
