Marketing a Proxy Topsie?

    I have a proxy topsite(http://theproxytop.net). But I don't know how to market the site. Right now I have 5-10 visits each day and it's nothing. Have any tips how I can market my site??

    Buy some ad space from proxy sites. It's best to advertise within your niche. Is there a specific budget you are willing to spend on marketing your topsite?
