Hey mate, well if you wanna do it for free, you've got to do it manually. Comment on other related videos, post video replies, friend other YouTubers and invite them to join your channel. Try Imacros if you want to automate it all. It's free, but you do have to dig in a bit and learn a (pretty easy) scripting language. Use twitter and facebook if you would like to employ some external forces. Cheers
