Marketing a new product

Hi all,

I have recently deisgned and manufactured a new heating controller.

But now comes the selling stage.

We have a budget of around £10-£15 per item sold for marketing.

What would be a good way of achieving sales, I have thought about ppc and affiliate marketing. But that is about as far as I have got.

Should I look into these in more detail or are there any other areas worth considering?

Just go to clickbank and put your product there for others to promote with a good commission scheme and the others will do the rest for you

 

ebay? I mean we are really limited when it comes to pushing stuff. Ebay, craigslist, AdWords.

I suggest you that you can post your ads on classified ads site and that site is Classified Motion, they accept your affiliate links in your post, you can sign-up then post your ads, if they see that your ads is quality, unique description and supply well to customer, your ads will be listed immediately.

try craiglist. also get in touch with retails in your industry. partner with them, offer them higher commission to push your product

 

You could try PPC (Adwords/AdCenter), with your budget you could get some good results. PPV, Video Marketing or Social Marketing are also options.

The usual methods are tried and true, youtube videos, review sites, articles etc..

There is no replacement for good old fashioned 'elbow grease'

 

Use social media (facebook, twitter) it's free and very powerful if you do it the right way

 

You might want to try to register your product with heating controls online.
Still, I don't know what is their commission scheme but I know they have good exposure.

 

I am not sure why some people here ask you to market your heating controller (a physical product) on clickbank

Try buying ads spaces in different sites directly, not through google ads or etc.
But you can also try google adwords to save some money.
