Same principles apply for most sites and traffic. * Get an affiliate program * Create incentives/advertise them * SEO your site more * Write articles/reviews * Email marketing * Video marketing * Digg/FB/Stumble..2.0 campaigns * Grab yourself a few marketing guides that cover most topics - or - read this board a lot. Since your site is a video codes site you should focus on your primary target market -- MySpace users. If you search around the forum you'll find many services offering MySpace advertising (bulletins, comments, mail etc.). Good luck!
