Marketing a game, paying a person to do it? wise?

    Marketing a game

    Hi,

    I'm the owner of a popular web based game, and I'm looking to increase my traffic by at least 150-250k unique visitors per month.

    If you have any suggestions as to targeted places to advertise for a low cost (8-.15cpc is way to high in this industry) please post.

    I'm looking for someone with experience to help manage the marketing section and i am willing to pay the right person.

    My budget fairly big.

    Could you tell which game you are talking about, it could be interesting to see what kind of game to know where and how to market it.
