All other things being equal, how much value does each level of pagerank add to a domain? How much more resale value could you get on average from a PR3 somedomain.com vs. a no-pagerank somedomain.com or a PR5 somedomain.com?
There's really no way to tell how much value each level of PR adds. The only possible answer to your question is a domain with PR will more than likely sale for a little more. The age of the domain needs to be taken into consideration. If the domain has been around for any time it should have at least some PR.
The value is determined by the PR but the content and the type and amount of traffic that comes to you web page...
The market value of PR depends on: 1. How you layout your sales pitch. 2. How much your buyer willing to invest.
PR plays a factor, and certainly helps in increasing the value of a site/domain. But folks aren't going to really pay attention to PR until it's at about 5 or 6. Anything below this is still almost worthless.
These days it doesn't depend on 'market' itself.. it depends on who is interested in buying link. {very targeted buyer}
