Hi, What exactly do these guys do? I'm assuming that they send out surveys, and generally gather answers, but how do they then present the findings to the client, do they simply hand over the statistics, or do they go more specific and tell the client what improvements people wanted? Also, how much do these guys get paid, around about. Was thinking about all of this today and it really fascinated me Thanks, Simon
