I have made a site, it took me a very long time and required a lot of effort.
I however have no seo skills, and thus the site is just sitting here rotting.
To Say it is a good, original site is an understatement. It has amazing potential. Thus I offer this deal.

You market the site, search engine optimize it get it a high page rank and make it popular... ten you get 95% of the revenue. Simple no catch

Sounds a bit rishy to me. Are you offereing to tie the revenue down for 3-4 years? What's to stop you taking back control of the domain once it's earning good money?

Like I have already said if in the future the side is earning great money, you keep it... All I want is for the site to be popular. If it is earning good money you have done your job, and can reap the rewards.

i personally think i wont take the pain to promote or market your website as it doesnt seems to provide the well services... tried sending an text to myself... but doesnt seems to be delivered yet... poor service or may be network congection....
