Hi, I joined marketbay.com when it started out as yourclick.com My sales have been slow and they reached a good payout a few months ago. I then switched to the paypal payment after a year of one or two sale per month. Has anyone had their account canceled just be for a payment with out a warning? Markebay is slow in there communications to me over my concerns about how I can no longer log in to my account or use the automated system for password recovery. The website BestMoviesNet was redirected to a go daddy parking page with out my knowledge. I should of received a pay pal payment on 6-15-2010 but till now I have not. I cant log in and I have not receive a reply on the email i sent, 3 days ago. I now have 4 days to wait for any info and $500.00 would be nice to receive.
I had same issues with getting in touch. The US phone number didn't work tried it a few times. Did you try both forgot your password and username? You said you had not used the account in a little while. I'd wait a few more days they could be backed up with emails. Took them least 5 days to reply to my email then the replies were faster from there.
