Markcards.com with content

I am planning on selling markcards.com soon and I want to make sure I'm not selling it for less than I could.

I have some materials to make my products that I would probably estimate to be valued at around $400 since some of it half used. But it also includes instructions and tips on how to make the products.

I could probably profit more if I did more advertising, but sales are about $100-$200 per month and expenses is usually only 20% of the sales. Traffic is about 10 per day. I also have a banner placed at themagiccafe.com which is still up and I am not exactly sure when it expires but its cost is $100/month for me.

So what do you think would be a good price for the domain, content, and supplies? markcards.com is PR2
