    I'm selling website about Maritime Transporty and Ships with PR1, Domain Authority over 16 and Page Authority over 29. The website is unique and have more than 2 years history, .NET domain and high amount of unique visitors. The unique visitors for the previous month were 1200+ and the pageviews were 5000+.
    The website is unique with more than 250 articles based on ships news, accidents, piracy and etc. Website is great for developing for adsense and guaranteed high profits with a little work over it.
    It is not well monetarized now, as the incomes are based on adsense, links and posts sales. The average monthly income is 20-25 USD (largest part coming from link sales).
