    I'm selling unique 2+ years old website about maritime and admiralty law. The website has 25 unique articles and DA 16 and PA 30.
    The traffic for December is 3,220 unique visits with 6,610 pageviews (about 9-11% from the traffic is coming from search engines). The website has good search engine positions - on 3rd page in bing and 2nd in yahoo for "maritime law" and 1st page for longer tails, such as "maritime law concepts", "maritime law definitions" and etc.
    The website has small income of about 5-6 USD monthly mostly from links and blogposts sales. In spite of that the website is absolutely legal for adsense, so you can develop it and use it for your projects

    Also will give you advertisers contacts of blogposts buyers.

    The links expire in April, July and October this year. All of the advertisers are long term partners of the website
    Also you can continue developing the website, as it has good authority and can gain positions in Google and other Search Engines.
