Do you think that they really need it? Look at the Vietnam, they carried simple rifles, walked to battlefield and carried ammunition on their back and still won the war.

 

The North Vietnamese lost the military war. Everything they did militarily was irrelevant.

They won the political war with help from their allies in the United States.

If it were not for people like you in the United States, South Vietnam would be as prosperous as South Korea today.

 

As an xbox general with your only military knowledge coming from playing video games, I don't expect that you can understand this but war is much more complicated than the type of airplane, tanks or the fire power that you have. If it was as simple as counting who has more airplanes then there would be no need for going to war and they would declare the winner based on statistics.
The simple fact remains that North Vietnam was the winner and USA had to flee from there. The same situation is repeating itself in Iraq, all the fancy Airplanes, Aircraft carriers, smart bombs don't mean shit when you have to occupy a country and control it.
