Marijuana sites - adsense allowed?

    I have a small site myspace420.net. Anyone know the tos of adsense regarding sites like these with pictures of pot leafs?

    It is against the TOS. Promotion of illegal substances.

    you gonna have 2 problems.

    1- with fbi ( even you promote leggal content still the risk is high )

    2- google kick ur azz

    That is quite interesting.

    If you are from outside USA and in your country it is legal then could Google ban you?
    If the site was in your national language - no.
    But if it was in English?

    i agree with vigor, promotion of illegal substances are not allowed in the TOS. there are many other cool stuffs you can feature. just imagine the size of the web and you'll find relief that you have all time in the world to look for other things than what you might be thinking of. ;)

    Did you bother to check the Adsense site? It doesn't even allow content that includes "promotion of tobacco or tobacco-related products".

    Not only do you have illegal drug-related content, your URL infringes the trademark of Myspace, which is also against the Adsense TOS.

    Times are changing and hopefully Google clears things up. Medical Marijuana is already legal in California and some cannabis clubs even pay taxes. Hopefully marijuana gets completely legalized soon, it helps a lot of sick people already and can help a lot of others. I honestly feel like natural medicine needs to be studied and researched, people have been smoking cannabis to treat health conditions all over the world forever…

Medical Marijuana is already legal in California and some cannabis clubs even pay taxes. radically huge role is going to play in medical research....giving good back up can lead to better results...thanks

    Not allowed as per above posters.

    On the other hand, if you have a high quality cannabis resource website, you will have the traffic to monetize it via solutions other than Adsense.
