Up for sale is a marijuana/cannabis related blog that can be seen here:

It has established traffic (50-75 uniques per day - organic+referrers, Analytics available), a PageRank of 2, excellent content and the ability to be monetized as soon as possible.

I simply held off in favor of building up a readership whilst reaching out to sponsors. I did receive some free products from within the mmj industry however. The site has a premium design and really stands out -- you can definitely command ad revenue from premium partners so long as you maintain a stream of content. The marijuana industry is growing daily and with the launch of 'Weed Wars' on Discovery channel just days ago it shows no signs of slowing down. Basically, market well and there's nothing but growth in the future for the site. People love it so far.

Also included is a Twitter account.
About ~1100 followers, username/link available @ the blog and the link for that is above.

Pricing: To be discussed with buyer. Please do not contact me if you don't have mid-to-high $xxx to spend. I originally intended on selling at $x,xxx but it's the holidays so.. price has been dropped!

Also willing to help the buyer with social media and share some tools and ect that I was using.

The site was briefly offline due to some script kiddies with nothing better to do.
It has since been secured and traffic is back at the normal levels that it was before (75-100 uniques/day, roughly). Get in touch if you are interested and I can send over a full traffic report and discuss the possibility of sale.

I would be interested in this site, I just dont agree with the valuation. With even 100 visitos per day, thats only 3000 per month... You also have no revenue from the site thus far. I understand that the articles are probably of good quality, so maybe its worth $75? How are you coming to your mid-high $xxx valuation? Am I missing something?
