What are you going to do with it? The minute you turn it into a Mariah Carey site and attempt to make some money from it using her likeness and her name, her people will jut take it from you. IMO worthless.
I wouldn't develop it, I would find a business owner or professional who's name is Mariah and try to sell it to her. Mariah.co.uk sold for $650 in May/09' according to DnSalePrice.com. So I'd try to sell it for $500 or so.
I disagree with the above, it's just a 1st name not her whole name. I would say this name is worth around High $xx to Mid $xxx if you find someone with that name that really wants to own their FirstName.info
