i am confused. can someone take a look? Here: http://directory.google.com/Top/Computers/Open_Source/Employment/?il=1 my site (Dev Bistro) shows as PR6 (or is it?) And here: http://www.seochat.com/?go=1&option=com_seotools&tool=9&url=www.devbistro.com&submit=Check it's a straight 5 So does it mean that no PR update for me this time (currently the site is PR5)? Thanks, James
The PR update is definately underway as we speak. As usual it seems to roll in and out in the beginning. I watch about 150,000 webpages (30,000 are brand new) and today...finally I can say hooray. One thing I have noticed is that pages I built 3 months ago (right after previous update) are being given PR where pages I built within the last 30- 60 days are not. So it appears there is a window of time a page needs to be live before it's regarded as a valid page by Google.
