Ckrewt, although hosting of proxy scripts is not explicitly forbidden by our TOS, it is highly unadvisable by all means. Generally, there are two ways to run a proxy: either as a background process, which is not allowed, or as a foreground CGI script, which is not explicitly forbidden, but will most likely lead to high CPU usage (way above the limit allowed by the TOS), as such proxy scripts tend to generate rather intensive server resource usage.
