    As far as I am concerned, both are greats in their own rights, however if we take the overall skill into consideration, its Maradona, who would edge past Pele, as not only the former is a brilliant striker, but also he is a great playmaker, and a person , who does need his midfielders to set him the balls for making goal, in other world, he is a complete package who can take on any defence and still clear the goal, with ease....
