Many visits from a bad neighborhood. How to avoid penalising?

Hi, I have a blog about PTC Sites. PTC stands for Paid To Click. A PTC site acts as a middleman between an advertiser and a possible buyer. An advertiser (me) purchases visits from that PTC site. The PTC Site pays it's members to visit my site for 10 to 30 seconds. Google does not like this a bit.

I need to use this kind of advertising since my site is all about this, but I don't want to get penalized by google.

I have come with a possible solution but I need to know if it will work: I will advertise a page that is on a different domain. Whenever a user clicks on that page he comes to my main website. The advertised page will not be listed in google and all the links will have nofollow. I will be using wordpress on my server. Is this enough? Do you have any other suggestion?

write a php script in wordpress's index page and check the referrer's domain domain that you don't want to get referred and then redirect to a 404 page.

Thank for your reply, this would have been possible however there are thousands of PTC Sites and lots of sites appear every single day so this will not work.

i don't think you cannot stop traffic by placing a robot.txt file. Its only for robots not for humans..
