Sad to say my friend, you got nothing to do with it. I review Twitter Rules, and here's what I've found matching your situation:
Like internet community, forums, portal and social medias, they do not allow multiple accounts. Our profession might call for it, however if they set standard about it, we have to follow if we wanna use their service longer.

Yes, it's the rules and regulations so if you do break the rules, and if they got it they will just close them down.

Yeah it is really bad since you do not want to have one twitter account for all websites.

But I guess you can do some trick. How about changing your IP address or having different computers in every accounts? :D
However it might be noticeable too, except to tweets, IP address those computer used can be sum up and befall in one subnet mask, still the account is at stake. :(

hey guys Im using a service called hidemyass. just google it I cant post links yet. What it does is changes your IP address when you want with an address from a country you specify. It could be somewhere near you for fastest connection. Its pretty cool and it will work for this. Twitter is aware that people travel and change location all the time so even if you are not careful to use the same IP for the same account every time (like I am) its ok and twitter doesn't mind. Actually in the beginning (the first 1000 followers) are more dangerous than later on.

The admin knows the information from IP address.
