    You have to change the URL of submission web page,
    those spams are automatically submitted by robot software.

    Banning the IP and domains a couple of times will eventually stop the spam from coming in :)

    You can used captcha to stop spammy links. make sure to keep a tight security questions so that spammers can not able to spread spam.
