Your AdSense account isn't tied to one site. You can use you're AdSense ID on whatever site you want.
You don't need to ask Google if your site is TOS compliant.

u can have multiple sites, with one adsense acct - I mean the java script is just chaging the colors and format - your pub ID stays the same - so you can have multiple sites - I have like 5 sites with 1 adsense acct

    Hi.

I have 10 websites in my account with no problem.

The problem is just keeping track of the statistics...

Some people (MFA sites) have 100's of sites with the same adsense ID.. although having many sites does not equal profit.

you can have as many sites as you want under one and the same account but I would advise you to incorporate each site that starts to earn big bucks
this way you might escape from smart pricing from non-converting sites in your account

actually, it's this post I'd like a bit more info on :)

How do you incorporate them? And I've heard about smart pricing, but I don't really know what it is.. can you point me to a good article?

I was just looking at a link I had bookmarked a long time ago with the highest paid keywords for google, you can check out the page here: http://www.sorve.com/adsense.htm

I really don't know how accurate that is, or if its accurate at all, but maybe it can give you an indication.

For Google's purposes I think all you need is a separate EIN to get a different account. I'm not sure you actually have to incorporate as a separate entity to get one of these. You can run things as a DBA and get a different EIN number for each logical groupings of your website.

One potential advantage of incorporating is that you can probably transfer the adsense account in a sale of the company. Google doesn't allow you to transfer adsense accounts to another entity (person), but if you are incorporated and the company owns the adsense account, transfering the company doesn't change what entity ownes the adsense account.
