General Notes to Follow ------------------------------- -> CSS must be uniformed so one change will not affect other pages. -> All pages, if possible, should be coded to allow dynamic expansion and contraction of the content. For example, if the content starts at 1 page, I should be able to add more pages and everything should just expand with it without making changes. -> Design must be compatible within all major browsers (Safari, FireFox, Chrome, IE, and Opera) Web Site Modifications ----------------------------- -> A file that will be used as an include for header/footer -> Grey out the "Offline" for the chat instead of being red. -> Login box on top right or login link. Maybe like site5.com -> Add e-mail and order now button on top right like site5.com, and remove phone #s. -> Fix the blog header for translated blog pages. e.g.: http://blog.bounceweb.com/it/ -> Put up a slowly increasing money counter on the affiliate page showing how much has been paid out. I should be able to define the speed at which it counts up. Like a money counter -> Create a data center section. Copy all pictures and content from: http://www.singlehop.com/why_singlehop/data_center_details.php -> Modify order form: remove navigation (see https://www.singlehop.com/order/form#page1 for a good example), include Mastercard/Visa and PayPal logos, and MaxMind logo (https://cigarbox.net/shop/7_amazon_Red/images/maxmind.gif), add 3 boxes, one for contact, one privacy, and one for money back guarantee, put Joey (http://bounceweb.com/images/miscellaneous/joey/joey01_large.jpg) standing beside this. All navigation from top to bottom and unnecessary links should be removed. -> A landing page for ClipBucket and better landing pages. e.g.: http://bounceweb.com/phpmotion-hosting.html should have a section before all those features outlining cleanly some key web hosting features, which we will discuss. -> Navigation should be changed from "Shared Hosting" and "Reseller Hosting" to "Hosting Solutions" and "Other Solutions" respectively. They both should have dropdown DHTML menus. . Under Hosting Solutions there will be: Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Dedicated Hosting. Under "Other Solutions" there should be nothing yet, but please put a placeholder I should be able to add/remove the menus easily. -> Place the promo image above the fold (right below the navigation), this is the same promo image at the top of blog.bounceweb.com. I should be able to remove this without affecting the page, and do it easily. -> A suggestions box link somewhere or a side feedback button.
