many internal links

many main page got a hight pr. but most of them have many internal links.
so if a link on that main page point to my site.is the link also good? contribute much pr to my site?

Sure it can, but more importantly, you have good link structure throughout your site.

 

Backlinks from high PR pages give search engines more confidence in your site or pages. The more confidence search engines have in your site, the better chance your site will come up in the search results.

Aslo, if your pages somehow got into the supplemental result, having a high PR page pointing to your site can quickly get your pages out "supplemental result".
