Many Image Ads Disapproved - please help

I have created 16 different Image Ads all with different background colors to see what color will result in more clicks.
Spent a good half of the day doing this in the end all 16 ads are Disapproved for [Image ads requirements] Unacceptable Image Content

    Here is an example:

I have read through Adwords help and couldn't figure out what is wrong with this advert.
    Please help.
What is wrong with this advert? Why is it disapproved?

You cannot put PLAY NOW on your banner, that is why its getting rejected. [Most likely] Has nothing to do with the image. IMO.

Since march 30th, google forbids Call to Actions to be used on Display Advertising. iAmAttila wrote a shitload about an internal issue google is having atm, in short their own workers haven't got a damn clue what is OK to accept, what is not OK. So one guy disapproves a banner, and the same banner can later be approved. This is a major internal problem at Google Adwords atm, because if you get too many banners disapproved they will limit, and then suspend your account... not because you submit banners that violate policy, but because they don't have a clue yet what their own policy changes mean since March 30th.

Silicuda is right... I didnt see the pic, I thought it was ad...
    And i was right.. Kinda..
    :D
Go with silicuda advice.. You can`t use terms as "Click me", "Press me", or any other text that forces user to
    do some action.

Thank you for you help. But unfortunately it's not "Play Now" or at least not only "Play Now".
I have tried to create an advert with this image:
And it was disapproved today for the same reason:
[Image ads requirements] Unacceptable Image Content

On the other hand this advert is approved:

so I am really lost on this. :(

In adwords policy it says that Unacceptable Image Content means "Your ad's behavior is tricking users to click on your ad. Ensure that your ad doesn't contain gimmicks that would trick a user into clicking the ad."

How is my ad tricking people to click it?

Wow that was fast. Thank you.

    Thank you Fer0.

I have updated my post with: In adwords policy it says that Unacceptable Image Content means "Your ad's behavior is tricking users to click on your ad. Ensure that your ad doesn't contain gimmicks that would trick a user into clicking the ad."
I don't think watermarked content is tricking people to click the advert. But it could be another reason for disapproval when and if I find what is the original reason.
I am already afraid to create new image adverts. I heard they can suspend your account if too many are disapproved.

Not yet. Going to read it now. Thank you.

Try to purchase a photo from image bank in order not to infringe copyright. It may help.
