The site was pretty slow to load for me. I don't know if it was because of your host, the animated images, or all of the errors on the page. Also, I can't read any of the subtext on your logo so you may want to consider making your logo bigger or getting rid of the subtext so it doesn't look as busy.
with that many errors ,its time to get back to basics - you have some basic errors like div tags not closed and what have you .
Using the w3c validator to start fixing any unclosed tags or other faulty coding bits certainly helps fixing the overall page layout issues. Nobody speaks about seo here.
