Maybe you are targeting the wrong market?

I get earnings from Adsense more than from Commision Junction. All on same pages.

The products (from commision junction) advertised get targeted traffic from Google and Yahoo. Why they do not convert well with Commision Junction but I get earnings from Adsense more.

Is Commision Junction cheating me ??

Because for adsense the users only have to click. For CJ they have to buy. They might be interested enough to click, but not buy. This could be the problem. For example, people who want the product but can't afford it.

Would you suggest me removing the products from Commision Junction to increase the CTR in Adsense ?

I think your better off doing cpa, but I have noticed, cj has become a pain and I am more into Linkshare as they have top of the line tracking and payments are always on time. Flow, what is your objective? Meaning, if you have a website, blog or landing page are you reaching your demagraphic the right way. Maybe your design has something to do with it but tweek things and see what happens.
