I know this request might sound weird. But let me explain the scenario. An Indian seller puts something for sale. Buyer from India makes the purchase. Tries to pay via Instant Payment using PayPal. Now PayPal doesn't allow payment from Indians to another Indian.

Now this thread sits on the buyers profile as non-paid. Is there someway we can do to handle this? I was thinking I seller manually approving the payment ad remove this non paid notice from the buyer? I guess this is how Flippa does.

I know there's a lot of cons to his method. An someone suggest if there is a better way to handle this?

Shawn - It would be great to do something about this and not doing anything at all. Wouldn't you say?

Yes, there must be a system where the seller or buyer can mark a payment as "done" if they have used another payment method like bank or payza or other method. Sounds good.

Seller could just cancel the bid and mark it as Sold.
