I know with google adsense we are not allowed to use autosurfing. What about manual surfing. Can we use it?

 

what do you mean by manual surfing? surfing your site yourself?

Nup because its still offering people credits in exchange for looking at your site.

 

For this manual surfing are members clicking an image/text/number to surf to another site. I believe this still isn't allowed because it's articifial traffic..

 

its ok to look at your site but you are not allowed to click the ads which will then decrease your click tru rate.

Not sure what you mean. When you manual surf you are actually clicking on other people's websites and looking at them. Is this not allowed.
