    I would have to agree, the submission is definately not manual as originally stated, and the directories were all from the same general place. But for the price, I am not going to complain.

    What kind of link and what is the PR for the link?

    $1.50 is kind of cheap if it has good pr, but not worth it if the link is from some nameless site.
