2. If in those directories my website will be added in a category(let's say my football website will be added in "sports" category) and that category is PR 0, you will submit my website or not?

Ans: Yes, I'll submit your site to FREE directories with NON-Reciprocal Links. Plus, i'll give you 15 links from my own paid directories which are PR0 to PR4. If you don't want these 15 guaranteed links then I'll submit to other high PR directories.

Que2: If in those directories my website will be added in a category (let's say my football website will be added in "sports" category) and that category is PR 0, you will submit my website or not?
Ans: The PageRank I am talking about is PageRank of Home Page of directories and NOT the inner page/ category page. If home page of directory have PR6 or more then I'll submit your site to that directory irrespective to PR of category page.

Ans: I am doing 100% manual submissions. And YES, it takes lot of time and I give that time for submissions. I think that $10 is okay amount for my work and time. And service provider need to fight the competition as well.
