I've started my free manual Do-It-Yourself submission site at http://www.iredsoft-tools.com several days ago using the list of directory sites which I've been using and it worked well for me. The site contains some 161 directories (which does not require a recip links to) with their PR listed, the site provides an interface to allow you to submit your site to. For those of you who wants to make use of the site but wants to submit to those links, here is an opportunity for you. I could help you submit to them for you for $12 for over 80 directories (depending on the category relevant to your site). This will be manually submitted and selected based your site.
