    he stated that reports are sent bi-weekly... and it costs extra for weekly reports fyi.

    Yes. Usually the report will be sent only after the completion of the task.
    Anyone ordering for Platinum package, Please understand, we will not send reports on everyday basis,since your site is submitted to 30-40 directory each day which again is divided among 4 operators. That is 10 on each computer per website. So creating a report in such scenario everyday does not make any sense.
    However from a customer's point of view it is quite obvious that he/she wants to see the progress of the work. So the best we can do is provide them     Bi-Weekly Reports.
