    Charges on pr basis for any site

    PR 1 and pr 2: $2.75
    PR 3 and pr 4: $4 and $5 respectively.
    PR 5: $6.5

    Criteria I follow:

    1. PR as I said above
    2. Relevancy to that theme
    3. Not more than 40 to 50 outgoing links on the page.
    4. Anchor Text, URL and description needed.
    5. For linking, I personally analyse the website and then only I linked to it.

    Blog Commenting: 150 Submissions: $60
    1. 25 words of comment
    2. relevancy to that post
    3. it can be any pr
