Buying manual link builder needed for long term

    I am looking for a link builder on long term.
    I don't want someone who uses tools or websites for submissions, I need someone who can submit each link manually as I will verify every of them myself.

    Note:- I need someone who have knowledge of seo not just only knows how to submit links.

    Before you apply you should have experience of keyword research, directory submission,social bookmarking,blog posting,forum posting etc

    I will take a small interview on skype before I hire you.
