One of the most important thing in arcade games websites is that your game description to be unique , and all those 3000 games packages are just duplicate content and don't help you for organic traffic. I can offer the following for 1$ per game "installed": - .swf and thumbil image uploading [games from 15 different categories: action, shooting,funny,barbie,childrens, cars, miniclip,multiplayer,sport,puzzle,bikes, airplanes, logic, strategy,adventure] -unique game description , at least 50 words , SEO optimized for that game type keyword -list of at least 7 keywords for that game [if your arcade script allows that, if not will be included in the description] - "How to play..." game instructions.
