I've often been curious about getting listed in all those tiny directories... does it just help PR and link building or do you get any real traffic from those... there are SO many. I'm going to have you do a low trafficed site to watch as a test.

It's been over a week since I paid and submitted my site details, still haven't heard from puzzlebox, anyone heard from him this week? I deal with him before but never took this long, hope he/she is okay.

I've sent a few pm and emails, it's been over a month since I've paid and no answer. I filed a dispute with paypal and hope for the best.
Theres a live chat option on his website, I guess.. but paypal usually don't care for online services as much as offline merchants. Good luck though
Here is a little update after talking to paypal... File a dispute, escalated, claim approved by paypal with this message "We have completed our investigation of this case. We attempted to process a refund from the seller's account to your account. Unfortunately, the seller's account does not contain the funds necessary to cover this refund. We were able to recover $0.00 USD. We have taken action against the seller and are working to recover the remainder of your refund. We will contact you when we have more information.
